Den mixas helt sl\u00e4t och g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l tillsammans med sm\u00f6rfr\u00e4st schalottenl\u00f6k. Lite \u00f6rtsalt och vitpeppar \u00e4r hela smaks\u00e4ttningen och soppan passar lika bra till en vardagmiddag som till f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt vid en festligare middag.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer som huvudr\u00e4tt:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>400 gram f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l<\/p>\n<p>2 liter gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong (ta fr\u00e5n t\u00e4rning eller k\u00f6p f\u00e4rdig god buljong)<\/p>\n<p>3-4 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n<p>ca 20 gram sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>1 kryddm\u00e5tt vitpeppar<\/p>\n<p>ett gott \u00f6rtsalt (vanligt salt kan man ju ta men jag tycker det blir godare med \u00f6rtsaltet)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s schalottenl\u00f6ken i rikligt med sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den mjuknar och blir glansig utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Koka upp buljongen. Antingen h\u00e4ller du sedan sm\u00f6ret med schalottenl\u00f6ken i buljongen eller s\u00e5 h\u00e4ller du buljongen \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken i en kastrull. Medan l\u00f6ken fr\u00e4ser och du kokar upp buljongen rensar du gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len. Sk\u00f6lj den g\u00e4rna, sk\u00e4r sedan bort stj\u00e4lkarna med snitt l\u00e4ngs med stj\u00e4lken upp till d\u00e4r den inte \u00e4r h\u00e5rd l\u00e4ngre. Grovhacka bladen. L\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l vartefter och n\u00e4r din buljong och l\u00f6k \u00e4r klar l\u00e4gger du gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len i l\u00f6kbuljongen och l\u00e5ter koka ca 10 minuter tills den \u00e4r helt mjuk. Mixa soppan riktigt sl\u00e4t, smaks\u00e4tt med vitpeppar och \u00f6rtsalt.
