Sonen \u00e4ter g\u00e4rna avokadosm\u00f6rg\u00e5sar i form av baguette som vi \u00e5terupplivar i ugnen om vi inte orkar g\u00e5 och k\u00f6pa nytt f\u00e4rskt br\u00f6d p\u00e5 morgonen. Till det s\u00e5klart den goda schweiziska varma chokladen Caotina och ett glas apelsinjuice. Mamman \u00e4ter g\u00e4rna schweiziska ostar, kanske lite kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d eller ett kokt \u00e4gg, te, ett glas Innocent smoothie och laktosfri naturell yoghurt med en klick alphonung i. Gnid in b\u00e5da halvorna med vitl\u00f6ken som du skurit p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och gnider med snittytan mot br\u00f6det. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver. Salta och peppra lite, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 avokadon i skivor.
