L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en smord pl\u00e5t och st\u00e4ll dem i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175-200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ihop sm\u00f6ret med de tv\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna, peppar, salt, \u00f6rter och citronskal s\u00e5 det blandas helt och sm\u00f6ret blir lite fluffigt. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge, eventuellt svalt om du inte ska servera direkt.<\/p>\n<p>Stek kycklingen i olja eller en blandning av olja och sm\u00f6r.
