De ger s\u00e4llsynt gott k\u00f6tt och \u00e4r vansinnigt ulliga och gulliga. Baka i ugnen i ca 200 grader tills de blir gyllene och \u00e4r helt mjuka och med fin stekyta. R\u00f6r under tiden ihop kryddsm\u00f6ret, st\u00e4ll det \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Stek dem i en blandning av sm\u00f6r och olja f\u00f6r b\u00e4sta resultat och smak. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att de ska vara rosa i mitten s\u00e5 de inte blir torra och tr\u00e5kiga.
