H\u00e4r har jag fyllt en omelett med f\u00f6rv\u00e4lld f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l tillsammans med \u00f6rter, peppar och en aning chili. L\u00e4gg i vitl\u00f6ken om du valt att ha med det. H\u00e4ll i \u00e4ggvispet och dra genast ner v\u00e4rmen. Lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt med gaffel eller stekspade i kanterna och i mitten s\u00e5 att l\u00f6s \u00e4ggsmet rinner ner till botten f\u00f6r att stelna. Efter ett tag n\u00e4r den b\u00f6rjar stelna men fortfarande \u00e4r lite l\u00f6s i mitten l\u00e4gger du i gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len. Krydda och l\u00e5t steka klart, eventuellt under lock. tills \u00e4ggsmeten \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott som stelnad, lite l\u00f6st i mitten \u00e4r okej tycker jag.
