Hemkommen fr\u00e5n sportlovet i Alperna var kylen m\u00e4rkbart tom med bara n\u00e5gra skvalpande halvledsna gr\u00f6nsaker; tre broccolist\u00e5nd med gulnade blommor och en ganska slak purjol\u00f6k. Sagt och gjort &#8211; det fick bli en soppa p\u00e5 dem. Broccolin ansades ner och jag anv\u00e4nde i princip bara de skalade stj\u00e4lkarna. Purjon tv\u00e4ttades och det vissnade gr\u00f6na skars bort. Jag kokade upp en god glutamatfri gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och l\u00e4t broccoli och purjo koka i den. Sedan mixades det hela och serverades direkt.&nbsp;Faktum \u00e4r att det blev j\u00e4ttegott &#8211; med h\u00e4rlig fyllig smak s\u00e5 att n\u00e5gon kryddning egentligen inte beh\u00f6vdes. Otroligt enkelt och snabblagat! L\u00e4gg dem i buljongen och l\u00e5t koka i ca 15-20 minuter tills broccolin och purjon \u00e4r helt mjuka. Mixa soppan riktigt sl\u00e4t.
