Jag har kombinerat durra, bovete och rismj\u00f6l och smaksatt med citronskal, vanilj och kanel och anv\u00e4nt kokosmj\u00f6lk i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vanlig mj\u00f6lk s\u00e5 de sm\u00e5 godbitarna \u00e4r b\u00e5de gluten- och laktosfria. Servera med b\u00e4r, frukt eller sylt allt efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak. Jag hade r\u00e5r\u00f6rd drottningsylt kvar efter v\u00e5fflorna tidigare i veckan som tillsammans med rostad kokos fick bli smaks\u00e4ttningen, tillbeh\u00f6ret och samtidigt dekorationen. F\u00f6r extra nyttighet steker jag g\u00e4rna i kokosolja, men sm\u00f6r blir ocks\u00e5 gott. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4t smet. Stek i pl\u00e4ttlagg eller pannkakslagg i kokosolja.
