Efter att ha anv\u00e4nt n\u00e5gra av dem pocherade till vit sparris&nbsp;t\u00e4nkte jag att det skulle vara kul att anv\u00e4nda dem till n\u00e5got annat ocks\u00e5.&nbsp;F\u00f6rst t\u00e4nkte jag p\u00e5 en Salade Nicoise, och d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n gick mina tankar till v\u00e5r, svenska smaker; gr\u00f6n sparris, f\u00e4rskpotatis, min \u00e4lskade ramsl\u00f6k, lax\u2026 Laxen snabbrimmade jag f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fin smak och konsistens eftersom jag bara vill snabbhalstra den. Den gr\u00f6na sparrisen gillar jag att steka f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla smaker och stuns, men den som vill kokar den. Babyspenat, kokt f\u00e4rskpotatis, vackra sp\u00e4da r\u00e4disor som ocks\u00e5 ger knaprighet och s\u00e5 forellrom f\u00f6r s\u00e4lta &#8211; samt en ramsl\u00f6ksdressing med V\u00e4sterbottenost i. Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten passar b\u00e5de som sommarfestlig middag, brunch eller lunch &#8211; med eller utan g\u00e4ster och den passar \u00e4ven p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9 d\u00e5 du l\u00e4gger upp den p\u00e5 stora fat f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna att ta av.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om du inte har tillg\u00e5ng till f\u00e4rsk ramsl\u00f6k kan du bara g\u00f6ra en salladsdressing du gillar eller kanske en <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25289\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5634-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5634\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5634-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5634-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5634-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>hemslagen majonn\u00e4s som du smaks\u00e4tter med f\u00e4rska \u00f6rtkryddor efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak. Recept p\u00e5 en mycket enkel majonn\u00e4s du g\u00f6r med stavmixer finner du h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen &#8211; s\u00f6k i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger. Eftersom l\u00f6ksmaken d\u00e5 f\u00f6rsvinner kan du ers\u00e4tta den med tunt strimlad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k eller salladsl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>Recept p\u00e5 ramsl\u00f6kspesto lade jag upp h\u00e4r p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen nyligen, ers\u00e4tt eventuellt parmesanen med en v\u00e4llagrad V\u00e4sterbottenost f\u00f6r extra svenska smaker.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 bitar lax &#8211; v\u00e4lj fina bitar som h\u00e5ller ihop<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 dl salt &#8211; utr\u00f6rt i n\u00e5gra msk varmt vatten<\/p>\n<p>5 dl iskallt vatten<\/p>\n<p>ca 12-16 f\u00e4rskpotatisar, kokta<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25290\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5629-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5629\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5629-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5629-113x150.jpg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5629-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1-2 knippen gr\u00f6n sparris<\/p>\n<p>8-12 vaktel\u00e4gg, l\u00f6skokta alt. 4 vanliga h\u00f6ns\u00e4gg, likaledes l\u00f6skokta<\/p>\n<p>1-2 p\u00e5sar babyspenat, v\u00e4l sk\u00f6ljd samt torkad och helst ekologisk<\/p>\n<p>ett knippe f\u00e4rska sm\u00e5 r\u00e4disor, sk\u00f6jda och torkade (ha g\u00e4rna kvar en liten bit av blasten om den \u00e4r fin)<\/p>\n<p>ev. forellrom att klicka \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>ramsl\u00f6kspesto (recept finns p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen &#8211; s\u00f6k i s\u00f6krutan uppe till h\u00f6ger)<\/p>\n<p>citronklyftor till servering och citron att pressa \u00f6ver salladen strax f\u00f6re servering<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25291\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5636-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5636\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5636-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5636-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5636-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/05\/IMG_5636-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>salt och nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att snabbrimma laxen. Torka av laxbitarna, l\u00e4gg dem i saltlagen du blandat ihop &#8211; f\u00f6rst lite varmt vatten och saltet f\u00f6r att saltet ska l\u00f6sa upp sig, d\u00e4refter tills\u00e4tter du iskallt vatten, r\u00f6r runt och l\u00e4gger i laxen. Om den inte t\u00e4cks g\u00f6r du bara lite mer saltlag. L\u00e5t laxen ligga 20-30 minuter, lyft upp och sk\u00f6lj av, torka laxbitarna och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett fat s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Pensla dem med olivolja eller rapsolja om man vill h\u00e5lla det helt svenskt strax innan de ska stekas. &nbsp;Men innan dess g\u00f6r du klart allt det andra.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangera spenat, kokt f\u00e4rskpotatis, stekt sparris, r\u00e4disor och \u00e4gghalvor p\u00e5 tallrikarna. Stek laxen i grillpanna eller vanlig panna p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 ytan men fortfarande \u00e4r lite r\u00e5 i mitten, sashimi-aktig &#8211; d\u00e5 tycker jag den blir b\u00e4st. Den som vill steker sin lax lite l\u00e4ngre. L\u00e4gg laxen p\u00e5 salladen, toppa med ramsl\u00f6kspesto, pressa citron runtom och droppa lite god olja \u00f6ver salladen. Dekorera med en klick forellrom.
