S\u00e5sen passar b\u00e5de till fisk och kyckling, eller s\u00e5 kan man g\u00f6ra vegetariskt alternativ med till exempel quinoa, fetaost, spenat, kanske \u00e4ven rostad pumpa eller s\u00f6tpotatis &#8211; att servera med den h\u00e4r goda s\u00e5sen. &nbsp;Jag kan riktigt l\u00e4ngta efter den ibland, s\u00e5 nu m\u00e5ste du pr\u00f6va om den ocks\u00e5 blir en favorit i ditt k\u00f6k.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r har jag serverat s\u00e5sen till ugnsbakad lax med quinoa och kokt broccoli samt prim\u00f6rmor\u00f6tter &#8211; men du kan variera tillbeh\u00f6ren efter tycke, tillg\u00e5ng och smak. Mixa s\u00e5sen sl\u00e4t. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans mellan syra och s\u00e4lta. Tills\u00e4tt chilin och korindern, h\u00e4ll upp i en sk\u00e5l och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 till servering. S\u00e5sen h\u00e5ller att sparas i kylen i n\u00e5gra dagar, och det brukar g\u00e5 \u00e5t ganska mycket.<\/p>\n<p>Baka laxen (eller kycklingen) i ugnen med valfria kryddor. Koka quinoan (eller riset) enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. Koka broccolin och mor\u00f6tterna (eller den gr\u00f6nsak du v\u00e4ljer).
