Gott \u00e4r det i alla fall och h\u00e4r har den rostats med chili och lime och serverats med kyckling, nykokt broccoli och mangosalsa med b\u00e5de syra och hetta.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 kycklingbr\u00f6st eller en hel grillad kyckling<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rter, salt och peppar till kycklingen tillsammans med olja &#8211; jag tar olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1-2 mango skald och skuren i t\u00e4rningar eller 1-2 paket fryst t\u00e4rnad mango (mycket praktiskt!)<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6d chili, tv\u00e4ttad och hackad<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25364\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/06\/IMG_5537-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5537\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/06\/IMG_5537-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/06\/IMG_5537-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/06\/IMG_5537-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/06\/IMG_5537-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>saft av 1-2 limefrukter<\/p>\n<p>2-4 s\u00f6tpotatisar, beroende p\u00e5 hur stora de \u00e4r, skalade och skurna i klyftor<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>hackad r\u00f6d chili eller torkade chiliflakes<\/p>\n<p>det finrivna skalet av 1-2 limefrukter, ordentligt tv\u00e4ttade och skrubbade<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg s\u00f6tpotatisklyftorna i en sk\u00e5l, ringla \u00f6ver olja, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 chili och limeskal samt salt. Blanda runt s\u00e5 alla bitar f\u00e5r smak. H\u00e4ll upp och st\u00e4ll uppr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Baka i ugnen p\u00e5 175-225 grader ca 20-30 minuter tills s\u00f6tpotatisen \u00e4r helt mjuk och b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg utan att bli br\u00e4nd. under tiden g\u00f6r du kycklingen och salsan:<\/p>\n<p>Blanda den hackade mangon med limejuice, salt och chili. (T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att riva skalet av limen till s\u00f6tpotatisen innan du pressar den, det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rare att g\u00f6ra tv\u00e4rtom.) Smaka av s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r fin balans. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 smakerna blandas.<\/p>\n<p>Koka broccolin s\u00e5 den blir klar n\u00e4r kycklingen \u00e4r klar.
