Vispa i minst tio minuter med elvispen &#8211; det \u00e4r detta som ger en riktigt bra blank mar\u00e4ng, sluta inte tidigare \u00e4ven om det ser bra ut. Vispa mot slutet i det finrivna citronskalet. Klicka ut smeten p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t som du t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Forma rundlar i l\u00e4mplig portionsstorlek, ca 1,5-2 cm tjocka. Gr\u00e4dda dem i ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader i 1 timme eller tills de \u00e4r helt torra &#8211; det h\u00f6r du n\u00e4r du knackar p\u00e5 dem och de l\u00e5ter ih\u00e5liga och verkar spr\u00f6da och fina. Dra g\u00e4rna ner ugnstemperaturen mot slutet s\u00e5 att mar\u00e4ngerna inte tar f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t dem svalna p\u00e5 galler s\u00e5 det inte bildas kondens under dem.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa gr\u00e4dden med vanilj och lite socker samt eventuellt vaniljvodkan. Jag tycker om n\u00e4r gr\u00e4dden \u00e4r ganska l\u00f6svispad. Bred gr\u00e4dden \u00f6ver mar\u00e4ngbottnarna precis innan de ska serveras. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 jordgubbarna i ett vackert m\u00f6nster. Dekorera g\u00e4rna med myntablad, hela eller strimlade.
