Den kom till n\u00e4r jag var p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att g\u00f6ra en tortilla men hittade ch\u00e8vre och bladspenat i kylen och kom p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra en kombination. Den blev riktigt lyckad. Eftersom potatisen kokas i olivolja blir omeletten kr\u00e4mig och h\u00e4rlig. De ska bara ligga i oljan innan du l\u00e4gger i potatisen, f\u00f6r att ge en arom av vitl\u00f6k.
