L\u00e4gg i grogonzolan skuren i bitar och l\u00e5t sm\u00e4lta. Koka gnocchin i saltat vatten tills de flyter upp &#8211; d\u00e5 \u00e4r den klar och h\u00e4lls i ett durkslag.
