Jag t\u00e4nker direkt p\u00e5 choklad n\u00e4r jag t\u00e4nker kladdkaka, s\u00e5 det h\u00e4r receptet utan&nbsp;choklad&nbsp;som jag&nbsp;f\u00e5tt av en v\u00e4ninna f\u00e5ngade mitt intresse. Vispa i vaniljsocker, citronsaft och citronskal. R\u00f6r i vetemj\u00f6let och det brynta n\u00e5got avsvalnade sm\u00f6ret. H\u00e4ll i en smord form med l\u00f6stagbara kanter, ca 20-25 cm i diameter.
