Eftersom jag bara hade en burk tonfisk drygade jag ut med en burk sardeller i olivolja och f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkte umamismakerna med b\u00e5de kapris och svarta oliver. Dessutom hittade jag en burk spansk grillad paprika som ocks\u00e5 slank ner med de hackade tomaterna och chili tillsammans med l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k som l\u00e5ngsamstekt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fram h\u00e4rlig s\u00f6ta smaker. D\u00e4rtill fick tomats\u00e5sen en v\u00e4lg\u00f6rande liten slatt vodka f\u00f6r att utveckla sin fulla smakpotential. (Det sista har jag l\u00e4st om i boken Matmolekyler som jag skrev och tipsade om f\u00f6r n\u00e5gon vecka sedan).&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25716\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8388-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"img_8388\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8388-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8388-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8388-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8388-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 burk tonfisk av god kvalitet<\/p>\n<p>1 burk sardeller i olivolja, hackade<\/p>\n<p>5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och skivade<\/p>\n<p>1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n<p>1 r\u00f6d chili<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor (jag tog Herbes de Provence, timjan och oregano)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25717\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8386-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"img_8386\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8386-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8386-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8386-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/10\/IMG_8386-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<p>olivolja samt oljan som sardellerna legat i<\/p>\n<p>1 burk kapris i salt som bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggs och sk\u00f6ljs noga<\/p>\n<p>1 burk urk\u00e4rnade svarta oliver<\/p>\n<p>2 burkar hackade tomater<\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 tsk socker, g\u00e4rna r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n<p>lite pressad citron och det finrivna skalet av citronen som tv\u00e4ttats ordentlig och helst \u00e4r ekologisk<\/p>\n<p>ev. 1 burk grillad r\u00f6d paprika i strimlor som sedan hackas<\/p>\n<p>pasta enligt tillg\u00e5ng och smak<\/p>\n<p>1 msk vodka (kan uteslutas)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken i olivolja p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills den blir riktigt mjuk och karamellig, efter ca 10 minuter tills\u00e4tter du vitl\u00f6ken och l\u00e5ter den fr\u00e4sa med &#8211; totalt kanske 20 minuter f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 riktigt fina smaker. Tills\u00e4tt chili och de hackade sardellerna, l\u00e5t puttra ihop innan du pressar \u00f6ver lite citron och tills\u00e4tter citronskalet samt de hackade tomaterna. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven \u00f6rtkryddorna, tomatpur\u00e9n, sardelloljan, oliver, kapris samt grillad paprika och tonfisken samt socker och vodka. L\u00e5t puttra ihop medan du kokar pastan. Smaka av s\u00e5 att du har bra s\u00e4lta, peppra och tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna lite mer \u00f6rtkryddor innan servering.
