Eftersom varje k\u00f6k med sj\u00e4lvaktning b\u00f6r ha schalottenl\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k hemma g\u00e5r den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra av saker man bara har hemma. Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken i sm\u00f6r och olja p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills den \u00e4r genomskinlig och fylligt s\u00f6t men utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och l\u00e5t puttra ihop ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller i gr\u00e4dden. Krydda med \u00f6rterna och peppar samt h\u00e4ll i fonden\/buljongen. L\u00e5t puttra medan du kokar din pasta. Tills\u00e4tt de frysta \u00e4rtorna och l\u00e5t dem v\u00e4rmas upp. N\u00e5gra minuter innan servering tills\u00e4tter du laxstrimlorna, smakar av med peppar, \u00f6rter och kanske salt (s\u00e5v\u00e4l fonden som laxen har egen s\u00e4lta).<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll av pastan i durkslag och sk\u00f6lj helt snabbt med kallt vatten. Se till att du kokat den s\u00e5 att den fortfarande har ett visst tuggmotst\u00e5nd, al dente, som p\u00e5 \u00e4ktitalienskt vis.
