Jag har utg\u00e5tt fr\u00e5n min vanliga tryffliga chokladkaka och gjort den \u00e4n tryffligare, enligt dotterns \u00f6nskem\u00e5l som g\u00e4rna best\u00e4ller den till sin f\u00f6delsedag. Tryffelkakan \u00e4r f\u00f6rf\u00f6riskt god och dessutom v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4ttlagad. P\u00e5 bilden har jag serverat den med passionsfruktssorbet, men den \u00e4r \u00e4ven god i ensamt majest\u00e4t eller med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r och\/eller f\u00e4rsk frukt, g\u00e4rna tropisk frukt och kanske en klick l\u00f6svispad gr\u00e4dde.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den som vill g\u00f6r dubbel sats i en s\u00e5dan h\u00e4r br\u00f6dform som du ser p\u00e5 bilden. St\u00e4ll kastrullen p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 tills allt sm\u00e4lt och blivit en h\u00e4rlig sl\u00e4t massa.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa \u00e4ggen med sockret tills det \u00e4r ljust och skummigt. R\u00f6r ner den avsvalnade chokladblandningen och mj\u00f6let. R\u00f6r till en sl\u00e4t smet. L\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en br\u00f6dform s\u00e5 som du ser p\u00e5 bilden. H\u00e4ll i smeten och str\u00f6 flingsalt \u00f6ver den. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 170 grader i 12 minuter. Det \u00e4r viktigt att kakan fortfarande \u00e4r l\u00f6s i mitten och bara b\u00f6rjat stelna p\u00e5 kanterna. Annars blir det en ordin\u00e4r chokladkaka med fin smak, men du vill ju ha den tryffliga f\u00f6rf\u00f6riska skapelse du f\u00e5r n\u00e4r du tar ut den i tid.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t kakan svalna och st\u00e4ll den sedan i kylen till servering.
