Jag har gjort b\u00e5de gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lspesto till pasta, gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lscr\u00e8me till k\u00f6tt eller fisk b\u00e5de till vardags och fest och nu en salsa verde p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l som f\u00f6rst serverades med rostad pumpa och fisk varefter resten av salsan slank ner i en s\u00e5s till stekt kyckling. Det blev mycket lyckat och gott, uppskattat av hela familjen. G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna en stor sats och frys eventuellt in till att ha till en annan g\u00e5ng eller anv\u00e4nd den som jag vid tv\u00e5 olika middagar under veckan.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver&nbsp;f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25853\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8952-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"img_8952\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8952-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8952-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8952-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8952-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>500 gram gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, sk\u00f6ljd och rensad fr\u00e5n de h\u00e5rda delarna<\/p>\n<p>ca 5-10 sardellfil\u00e9er, g\u00e4rna de som \u00e4r inlagda i olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, kokade med gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len f\u00f6r mildare smak<\/p>\n<p>nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>pressad saft fr\u00e5n 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron, g\u00e4rna ekologisk<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsk dijonsenap<\/p>\n<p>4-5 msk kapris, helst den som varit inlagd i salt, v\u00e4l avsk\u00f6ljd och urlakad<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25854\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8953-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"img_8953\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8953-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8953-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8953-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/11\/IMG_8953-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 dl olja av god kvalitet och fin smak (g\u00e4rna olivolja om du hittar en mild fin)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r bort den h\u00e5rda mittstr\u00e4ngen p\u00e5 gr\u00f6nk\u00e5lsbladen. Strimla de mjuka bladen. Koka dem i saltat vatten ca 10 m minuter tills de \u00e4r helt mjuka (Smaka!). Koka g\u00e4rna med vitl\u00f6ken hel i sitt skal f\u00f6r mildare vitl\u00f6kssmak. Den som vill har rivig vitl\u00f6kssmak tills\u00e4tter helt enkelt vitl\u00f6ken okokt, men d\u00e5 kan det r\u00e4cka med en klyfta. Mixa gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len med vitl\u00f6ken, citronsaften, sardellfil\u00e9erna, dijonsenapen, kaprisen och olivolja. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t fin s\u00e5s, smaka av s\u00e5 att du har bra balans p\u00e5 smakerna. Tills\u00e4tt antagligen lite mer olivolja s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en fin konsistens.
