St\u00e4ll lagen att kallna, efter ett tag blandar du ner lingonen. L\u00e5t det hela svalna en aning innan du mixar det ordentligt i en bra mixer. Sila av i en sil ner i till exempel ett literm\u00e5tt. R\u00f6r runt med en sked i silen s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r igenom s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt av lingonsmeten fri fr\u00e5n fr\u00f6n och skal. St\u00e4ll blandningen att kallan helt. Blanda g\u00e4rna i lite vodka innan du h\u00e4ller smeten i glassmaskin. Servera direkt eller l\u00e4gg sorbeten i en bunke med lock i frysen och tag fram sorbeten ca 20-30 minuter innan servering, l\u00e5t den g\u00e4rna tina l\u00e5ngsamt i kylen s\u00e5 den f\u00e5r perfekt konsistens tills du ska l\u00e4gga upp den.
