I mina funderingar kom jag p\u00e5 d\u00e5 jag lagade lingonsorbet att det borde funka&nbsp;alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att g\u00f6ra sorbet \u00e4ven p\u00e5 hjortron. Sagt och gjort och h\u00e4r \u00e4r resultatet som blev riktigt lyckat! Jag serverade den till en saffranskladdkaka men den passar \u00e4ven till pannacotta eller andra kakor eller en vaniljbavarois &#8211; eller helt enkelt i ensamt majest\u00e4t, vacker och gyllengul.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 6 personer:&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25923\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1a5-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"fullsizeoutput_1a5\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1a5-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1a5-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1a5-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1a5-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2,5 dl socker<\/p>\n<p>knappt 2,5 dl vatten<\/p>\n<p>ca 500 gram hjortron<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tsk vodka (blir v\u00e4ldigt lyckat i glass och sorbet och lyfter fruktsmaken!)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Koka en sockerlag p\u00e5 sockret och vattnet, l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra lite s\u00e5 det blir en aning simmigt. Om du som jag varit sen med det f\u00e5r du l\u00e5ta de frysta hjortronen koka med sockerlagen tills de tinat helt. L\u00e5t blandningen svalna innan du mixar den ett tag. H\u00e4ll den genom en sil s\u00e5 att du blir av med alla fr\u00f6n och h\u00e5rda bitar, d\u00e4rmed f\u00f6rsvinner \u00e4ven en hel del av beskan och du f\u00e5r kvar en len smet till din sorbet. L\u00e5t den st\u00e5 kallt s\u00e5 den kyls ordentligt. Blanda i lite vodka precis innan du ska h\u00e4lla den i glassmaskinen och k\u00f6r den tills du har en kr\u00e4mig fin sorbet. Du kan g\u00f6ra i ordning den i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och frysa in i en bunke som du tar fram ett tag innan servering s\u00e5 den har fin konsistens n\u00e4r du ska l\u00e4gga upp och servera den.
