I vanliga fall vispar jag mar\u00e4ng i tio minuter, men eftersom den h\u00e4r mar\u00e4ngen ska bredas ut och bli till plattor \u00e4r det inte lika viktigt att den blir s\u00e5 fluffig. Det inneb\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett recept som \u00e4r utm\u00e4rkt att anv\u00e4nda till \u00e4ggvitor som st\u00e5tt n\u00e5gra dagar i kylen efter men gjort t.ex. carbonara.&nbsp;Bred ut smeten p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5tskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t och pudra f\u00f6rsiktigt \u00f6ver f\u00f6rst lakritspulvret och d\u00e4refter lingonpulvret. G\u00f6r du dubbel sats beh\u00f6ver du minst tv\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar. Mar\u00e4ngsmeten ska bredas ut ganska tunt. Baka i ugnen p\u00e5 knappt 150 grader i uppemot en timme &#8211; mar\u00e4ngen ska bli torr och spr\u00f6d.
