Det h\u00e4r var ett f\u00f6rsta experiment som f\u00f6ll ganska v\u00e4l ut, men jag kommer att experimentera vidare med att till exempel g\u00f6ra en bas p\u00e5 kokt socker med pepparkakskryddorna likt n\u00e4r man s\u00e4tter en pepparkaksdeg. Detta f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut mer av smakerna och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra konsistensen och \u00e5terkommer med nytt recept, men det h\u00e4r duger alldeles gott&nbsp;ocks\u00e5, kanske n\u00e5got att baka till lucia. Jag har dessutom justerat s\u00e5 receptet nedan ger en n\u00e5got tunnare rullt\u00e5rta med mer fyllning. Tills\u00e4tt pepparkakskryddorna och ev. vanilj. Det tar 5-10 minuter s\u00e5 ha t\u00e5lamod! V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner mj\u00f6let som du blandat med bakpulver. Blanda ihop f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00e5 fluffigheten och luften beh\u00e5lls s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller i en <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-26107\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/IMG_0488-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/IMG_0488-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/IMG_0488-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/IMG_0488-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/12\/IMG_0488-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>l\u00e5ngpanna. Gr\u00e4dda i 225 grader i 5-10 minuter &#8211; passa s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns! Jag brukar s\u00e4tta klockan p\u00e5 7 minuter och st\u00e5 och passa f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull. Den m\u00e5ste ju vara genomgr\u00e4ddad&nbsp;men f\u00e5r inte bli br\u00e4nd.&nbsp;Den p\u00f6ser ofta upp lite oregelbundet men det j\u00e4mnar ut sig sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Tag ut och och l\u00e5t rullt\u00e5rtsbotten svalna. Vispa gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r ner lingonen till kr\u00e4men. Krama ur gelatinbladet och l\u00e4gg det i ett deciliterm\u00e5tt av metall och h\u00e5ll det \u00f6ver varmt vatten samtidigt som du r\u00f6r i det med en tesked tills gelatinet sm\u00e4lter. R\u00f6r ut gelatinet med lite av gr\u00e4dden innan du h\u00e4ller ner det i lingongr\u00e4dden och blandar f\u00f6rsiktigt men ordentligt. Bred kr\u00e4men \u00f6ver den helt avsvalnade rullt\u00e5rtan (viktigt att inte ha f\u00f6r br\u00e5ttom &#8211; d\u00e5 sm\u00e4lter gr\u00e4dden!), rulla ihop och linda in den i bakpl\u00e5tspapper, sm\u00f6rpapper eller plastfolie. Rulla den hoprullade rullt\u00e5rtan i en blandning av kanel och socker eller i lite lingonpulver f\u00f6r extra syrlighet. L\u00e4gg rullt\u00e5rtan i kylen i n\u00e5gra timmar eller \u00f6ver natten.
