Tag av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna. Vispa \u00e4gg och socker riktigt fluffigt och por\u00f6st, det tar 5-10 minuter s\u00e5 ha t\u00e5lamod!&nbsp;Tills\u00e4tt blandningen fr\u00e5n kastrullen och&nbsp;vanilj. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner mj\u00f6let som du blandat med <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-28094\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1226-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1226-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1226-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1226-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1226-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>bakpulver. Blanda varsamt ihop s\u00e5 fluffigheten och luften beh\u00e5lls s\u00e5 gott det g\u00e5r. Bred ut p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Gr\u00e4dda i 200 grader i 5-10 minuter &#8211; passa s\u00e5 att det inte br\u00e4nns! Jag brukar s\u00e4tta klockan p\u00e5 7 minuter och st\u00e5 och passa f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhets skull. Den m\u00e5ste ju vara genomgr\u00e4ddad&nbsp;men f\u00e5r inte bli br\u00e4nd.&nbsp;Den p\u00f6ser ofta upp lite oregelbundet men det j\u00e4mnar ut sig sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Tag ut och och l\u00e5t rullt\u00e5rtsbotten svalna. Under tiden g\u00f6r du fyllningen: Vispa sm\u00f6r och socker fluffigt, vispa i <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-28095\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1227-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1227-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1227-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/12\/fullsizeoutput_1227-768x1024.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>cream cheese och vanilj samt citron- eller apelsinskal. Bred fyllningen p\u00e5 den avsvalnade rullt\u00e5rtan (om den \u00e4r varm sm\u00e4lter fyllningen) och rulla ihop den. Rulla den hoprullade rullt\u00e5rtan i en blandning av kanel och socker. L\u00e4gg rullt\u00e5rtan i kylen i sitt bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en plastp\u00e5se i n\u00e5gra timmar eller \u00f6ver natten.
