L\u00e5t precis v\u00e4rmas upp s\u00e5 att det n\u00e4stan kokar. R\u00f6r om s\u00e5 att sockret l\u00f6ser sig och tag av v\u00e4rmen. St\u00e4ll att svalna. Blanda i gr\u00e4dden och skrapa ur fr\u00f6na ur vaniljst\u00e5ngens halvor. Blanda runt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5s i till exempel ett literm\u00e5tt i kylsk\u00e5pet tills det \u00e4r dags att h\u00e4lla blandningen i en glassmaskin.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rskompotten i god tid s\u00e5 att den hinner svalna helt: H\u00e4ll k\u00f6rsb\u00e4r och socker i en <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-26187\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/IMG_0765-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/IMG_0765-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/IMG_0765-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/IMG_0765-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/IMG_0765-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>tjockbottnad kastrull och l\u00e5t koka upp, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. L\u00e5t<br \/>\ndet hela koka ihop ordentligt s\u00e5 att det blir marmeladliknande. Blanda mot slutet i n\u00e5gra skedar rom och l\u00e5t det hettas upp s\u00e5 blir du av med en hel del av alkoholen men har smaken intakt. St\u00e4ll kompotten att svalna helt.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll vaniljglassblandningen i glassmaskinen. Den brukar ha fryst p\u00e5 ca 45 minute. Blanda den precis f\u00e4rdigfrusna glassen med k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rskompotten. Ett bra s\u00e4tt brukar vara att precis h\u00e4lla i en del av kompotten i glassmaskinen p\u00e5 slutet och l\u00e5ta k\u00f6ra n\u00e5got varv bara s\u00e5 att det blandas l\u00e4tt &#8211; k\u00f6r du f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir det helt enkelt en k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rsglass och h\u00e4r ska det ju vara rippel. V\u00e4nd ner resten av trippeln i bunken du ska frysa in glassen i eller i sk\u00e5len du serverar glassen i.<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt eller frys in och ta fram ett litet tag f\u00f6re servering.
