Jag kom n\u00e4mligen hem fr\u00e5n ett l\u00e4karbes\u00f6k en l\u00f6rdagmorgon och n\u00e5gon granne hade bakat kanelbullar eller om de stekte fattiga riddare &#8211; det doftade ljuvligt av kanel&nbsp;och&nbsp;sm\u00f6r och jag blev sugen p\u00e5 amerikanska pannkakor.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r har jag experimenterat mera med de glutenfria mj\u00f6lsorterna och kommit fram till en blandning som blev b\u00e5de god och ger bra konsistens. Vispa i \u00e4ggen. L\u00e5t smeten st\u00e5 och sv\u00e4lla ett tag innan du steker, g\u00e4rna en halvtimme. Servera med l\u00f6nnsirap, agavesirap eller socker blandat med kanel. Jag gillar att servera dem med n\u00e5gra b\u00e4r fr\u00e5n frysen som jag kokar upp med en aning socker. Man kan g\u00f6ra som Mattias Dahlgren och koka upp t.ex. bl\u00e5b\u00e4r p\u00e5 ett smart s\u00e4tt s\u00e5 att man f\u00f6rst kokar upp h\u00e4lften s\u00e5 de blir helt mjuka och varma och sedan r\u00f6r ner den andra frysta halvan &#8211; d\u00e5 g\u00e5r det fort att f\u00e5 dem serveringsdugliga i r\u00e4tt temperatur.
