I helgen skapade vi ett nytt glutenfritt recept p\u00e5 american pancakes som blev riktigt lyckat med bland annat durramj\u00f6l och kokosmj\u00f6l.<\/h3>\n<h3>Jag inf\u00f6rde nyligen ocks\u00e5 en mer anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nlig variant bland alla italienska recepten som sv\u00e4llde \u00f6ver alla bredder och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r delat<br \/>\nupp den i &#8221;italienskt&#8221; samt en helt ny&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-26222\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/fullsizeoutput_4e2-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/fullsizeoutput_4e2-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/fullsizeoutput_4e2-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/01\/fullsizeoutput_4e2-768x1024.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>kategori &#8221;pasta&#8221;. Dessutom en ny kategori f\u00f6r&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8221;pizza&#8221; och en annan f\u00f6r&nbsp;&#8221;risr\u00e4tter, risotto etc&#8221; d\u00e4r inte bara risottos \u00e5terfinns, utan \u00e4ven paella samt andra risr\u00e4tter s\u00e5som asiatiska och mexikanska varianter.<\/h3>\n<h3>En annan ny kategori sedan en tid \u00e4r &#8221;omeletter och frittatas&#8221;. I takt med att vi blir mer och mer medvetna om vad vi stoppar i oss etableras trender som<br \/>\nekologiskt, n\u00e4rodlat och vegetariskt eller att m\u00e5nga \u00e4ter mindre k\u00f6tt och&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-25181\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/04\/IMG_5124-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/04\/IMG_5124-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/04\/IMG_5124-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/04\/IMG_5124-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2016\/04\/IMG_5124-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>mer gr\u00f6nsaker. Det m\u00e4rks inte minst p\u00e5 att flera namnkunniga kockar s\u00e5v\u00e4l i Sverige som utomlands sl\u00e5r ett slag f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ttet ska vara tillbeh\u00f6ret vid festligare tillf\u00e4llen och gr\u00f6nsakerna spela huvudrollen med uppbackning<br \/>\nav fisk och kanske kyckling.
