Jag ville just g\u00f6ra en nyttigare efterr\u00e4tt och t\u00e4nkte att om jag tar m\u00f6rk choklad och blandar med kokosgr\u00e4dde, inget socker, s\u00e5 borde det funka. Det blev en h\u00e4rligt len mycket god efterr\u00e4tt som kan smaks\u00e4ttas med apelsin om man vill. Vill man vara mer &#8221;onyttig&#8221; kan man ju smaks\u00e4tta med lite rom t.ex. Om du anv\u00e4nder ren m\u00f6rk choklad blir det dessutom en vegansk efterr\u00e4tt.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>200 gram m\u00f6rk choklad av god kvalitet (mj\u00f6lkfri)<\/p>\n<p>2 dl kokosgr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>ev. finrivet skal av en v\u00e4ltv\u00e4ttad, helst ekologisk, apelsin<\/p>\n<p>ev. en skv\u00e4tt rom<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bryt eller sk\u00e4r chokladen i mindre bitar och l\u00e4gg den i en tjockbottnad kastrull tillsammans med kokosgr\u00e4dden. St\u00e4ll kastrullen \u00f6ver l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 plattan och r\u00f6r hela tiden medan chokladen sm\u00e4lter. R\u00f6r tills du har en sl\u00e4t fin kr\u00e4m. H\u00e4ll upp i sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar, mocka- eller espressokoppar eller som jag i sm\u00e5 \u00e4rvda kristallglas som jag tror \u00e4r designade f\u00f6r madeira. St\u00e4ll att svalna i rumstemperatur. Efter ett tag kan du l\u00e4gga en bricka, tallrik eller plast \u00f6ver s\u00e5 att det inte blir en hinna p\u00e5 dem. G\u00f6r du dem n\u00e5gon dag i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g f\u00f6rvarar du dem i kylen men kom ih\u00e5g att ta fram dem minst en halvtimme f\u00f6re servering s\u00e5 de inte \u00e4r kylsk\u00e5pskalla.
