Jag serverade den som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt men den \u00e4r \u00e4ven ett utm\u00e4rkt tillbeh\u00f6r till en m\u00e5ltid med fisk, kyckling eller k\u00f6tt eller som en av m\u00e5nga vegetariska r\u00e4tter. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en mycket snabblagad god liten r\u00e4tt, s\u00e4rskilt om man som jag kokat betorna i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lvklart kan man \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda r\u00f6dbetor, men det blir b\u00e5de vackert och gott med de gula betorna som jag tycker har en lite mildare smak.<\/p>\n<p>Jag hade inga f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen som passade s\u00e5 det blev lite bleksiktigt, men riktigt gott! Oftast brukar man inte beh\u00f6va salta eftersom peston brukar vara ganska salt.<\/p>\n<p>Gratinera gulbetorna i ugnen under grillelementet p\u00e5 225 grader s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg och betorna v\u00e4rms. Tag ut, ringla vinaigretten \u00f6ver och dekorera med \u00f6rter.
