Vi g\u00f6r b\u00e5de glassar och sorbeter och nu senast en kaffeglass som \u00e4r b\u00e5de l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra och blir&nbsp;v\u00e4ldigt god. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det enkla receptet:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om du inte har glassmaskin l\u00e4gger du blandningen i en sk\u00e5l som du st\u00e4ller i frysen och tar ut och r\u00f6r i ganska ofta. Men det blir absolut b\u00e4st i en glassmaskin. Servera glassen direkt eller g\u00f6r den och l\u00e4gg den i en plastbunke med lock i frysen och ta fram den ett litet tag innan servering. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 att sockret l\u00f6ser sig. Tills\u00e4tt det nybryggda espressokaffet. St\u00e4ll att svalna. N\u00e4r blandningen blivit kall blandar du i gr\u00e4dden. Hit g\u00e5r det utm\u00e4rkt att f\u00f6rbereda och sedan ha blandningen st\u00e5ende i kylen tills du vill h\u00e4lla den i glassmaskinen.
