V\u00e4lj den pastasort du gillar &#8211; vi tog linguine. Tills\u00e4tt sardellfil\u00e9erna och r\u00f6r runt, tills\u00e4tt citronsaften samt chilin. Krydda med peppar och \u00f6rter och h\u00e4ll i tomaterna. L\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme samtidigt som du kokar din pasta s\u00e5 den blir al dente, med ett tuggmotst\u00e5nd i mitten. H\u00e4ll av pastan i durkslag, sk\u00f6lj eventuellt med lite kallt vatten (jag vet att det s\u00e4gs att man inte ska g\u00f6ra det men jag tycker det blir b\u00e4ttre med en kort avsk\u00f6ljning). Strax innan du ska servera blandar du ner bladspenaten i s\u00e5sen s\u00e5 den precis sjunker ihop.
