Vongole \u00e4r mindre, har sl\u00e4tare skal och finns i Medelhavet medan hj\u00e4rtmusslor har r\u00e4fflade skal, \u00e4r&nbsp;st\u00f6rre p\u00e5 utsidan men \u00e4ven sj\u00e4lva musslan \u00e4r st\u00f6rre och de \u00e5terfinns i v\u00e5ra kallare vatten. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De tillagas emellertid p\u00e5 samma vis med vitl\u00f6k och vitt vin i olivolja, eventuellt med lite chili f\u00f6r den som vill och s\u00e5&nbsp;sl\u00e4tbladig persilja. Man kan \u00e4ta dem som de \u00e4r som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt eller som h\u00e4r blandad med pasta s\u00e5som linguine eller spaghetti.
