L\u00e4gg i broccolin och koka den precis n\u00e4tt och j\u00e4mnt mjuk. L\u00e4gg i risnudlarna och strax efter tills\u00e4tter du laxen och l\u00e5ter det sjuda i ca tv\u00e5 minuter tills laxen \u00e4r lagom genomkokt och nudlarna \u00e4r mjuka. Tills\u00e4tt lime-citronjuicen. Smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin balans p\u00e5 fyllighet, hetta, syra och s\u00e4lta. L\u00e4gg i spenatbladen samtidigt som du st\u00e4nger av v\u00e4rmen, de ska bara sm\u00e4lta ner i buljongen. Servera direkt, g\u00e4rna med pinnar f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna att \u00e4ta med i till\u00e4gg till sked och gaffel.
