Se till att majrovorna kommer i vatten ganska fort efter de skalats s\u00e5 de inte oxiderar och m\u00f6rknar. Koka dem s\u00e5 de \u00e4r lite al dente f\u00f6r att inte mjukna alltf\u00f6r mycket n\u00e4r de sedan ska glaceras. L\u00e5t dem rinna av i ett durkslag. Hit kan du f\u00f6rbereda. Strax innan du ska servera dem sm\u00e4lter du sm\u00f6ret i en trakt\u00f6rpanna, sauteuse eller en liten stekpanna. L\u00e4gg i majrovorna, str\u00f6 sockret \u00f6ver och glacera dem s\u00e5 de blir l\u00e4tt gyllene. Tills\u00e4tt vin\u00e4gern precis p\u00e5 slutet. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver persilja.
