Under tiden bryner du kycklingen i en stekpanna bredvid i olja och sm\u00f6r s\u00e5 att den f\u00e5r fin stekyta. Krydda med salt och peppar och ev. lite r\u00f6kt paprikapulver och \u00f6rter. L\u00e4gg de stekta kycklingbitarna vartefter i grytan d\u00e4r du har l\u00f6ken. Stek \u00e4ven fl\u00e4sket eller bacon i pannan bredvid och l\u00e4gg i det i grytan. Tills\u00e4tt pepparkorn, koriander, lagerblad, tomatpur\u00e9 och r\u00f6r om innan du till slut tills\u00e4tter vinet och l\u00e5ter det puttra ihop ett tag innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 buljongen eller fonden. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och puttra p\u00e5 ganska l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 att grytan kokar ihop och smakerna blandas. N\u00e4r kycklingen \u00e4r genomkokt och gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r mjuka \u00e4r grytan f\u00e4rdig &#8211; stick i kycklingen med en vass kniv eller sticka och se s\u00e5 att saften som kommer ut \u00e4r klar.
