Jag valde att g\u00f6ra den med nyttiga ayurvediska kryddor tillsammans med likaledes nyttig f\u00e4rsk bladspenat, citron, fetaost och den sp\u00e4nnande och v\u00e4ldigt nyttiga kryddan sumac, full av antioxidanter har jag l\u00e4rt mig. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten blir som en \u00f6ppen pannkaka&nbsp;med topping<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;som passar lika bra till brunch eller lunch som till middag. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och sv\u00e4lla medan du tar dig an grejerna till fyllningen.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s spenaten i olivolja, krydda med peppar, spiskummin, salt och pressad citron. L\u00e4gg den stekta precis hopfallna spenaten p\u00e5 ett fat medan du steker bovetepannkakorna.<\/p>\n<p>Stek en slev pannkakssmet i taget i olja, krydda pannkakorna p\u00e5 varje sida med gurkmeja, spiskummin, mald koriander, peppar och salt. L\u00e4gg upp pannkakorna p\u00e5 tallrikar, toppa med den spenaten och smula fetaost \u00f6ver.
