Jag f\u00f6redrar att sk\u00e4ra gurkan i stavar, s\u00e5 det inte blir s\u00e5 soppigt som n\u00e4r gurkan rivs. F\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt tycker jag om n\u00e4r tsatsikin har en distinkt vitl\u00f6kskarakt\u00e4r och \u2013smak, men utan att det blir f\u00f6r \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande. H\u00e4r rekommenderar jag att du f\u00f6ljer dina smakl\u00f6kar och ditt dagshum\u00f6r vad g\u00e4ller m\u00e4ngden vitl\u00f6k. Vidare tycker jag att en tsatsiki blir extra god av lite mynta i, eller en nypa oregano H\u00e4r fungerar faktiskt den torkade \u00f6rten, s\u00e5 jag har alltid en burk torkad mynta st\u00e5ende i skafferiet fr\u00e4mst f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda i tsatsiki. Tsatsiki serverar jag \u00e5ret om, men \u00e4nnu mer under sommarhalv\u00e5ret till grillat och annat. Passar till b\u00e5de k\u00f6tt och fisk. Gott och praktiskt att g\u00f6ra en stor sk\u00e5l och ha till tapas vid f\u00f6rdrinken till gott br\u00f6d eller n\u00e5gra h\u00e4rliga italienska eller andra charkuterier (prosciutto, salami och s\u00e5 vidare).<a href=\"http:\/\/katinkaskitchen.com\/?attachment_id=11666\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11666\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11666\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2011\/06\/tsatsiki-2-Katinkas-Kitchen-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 dl naturell yoghurt, n\u00e5gon god sort (om du anv\u00e4nder en sort som \u00e4r rinnig kan du med f\u00f6rdel l\u00e5ta den rinna av i melittafilter ett tag)<\/p>\n<p>1 gurka, ev. skalad och skuren i stavar<\/p>\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade eller mycket fint hackade<\/p>\n<p>lite salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsk torkad mynta (oregano g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra)<\/p>\n<p>ev. n\u00e5gra tag p\u00e5 pepparkvarnen<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Om du beh\u00f6ver l\u00e5ta yoghurten rinna av b\u00f6rjar du med att h\u00e4lla den i ett melittafilter och st\u00e4lla den f\u00f6r avrinning. Sk\u00e4r gurkan i smala stavar (se bilden nedan) . Om skalet \u00e4r beskt kan det vara bra att skala den f\u00f6rst. Blanda ihop yoghurten med gurkan och den finhackade eller pressade vitl\u00f6ken samt saltet (se bilden nedan d\u00e4r jag mosat ihop vitl\u00f6ken och saltet med knivbladet) och myntan eller oreganon (\u00e4ven detta finns p\u00e5 bild nedan).
