Detta har blivit ett favoritrecept varje v\u00e5r och f\u00f6rsommar n\u00e4r man kan f\u00e5 tag p\u00e5 f\u00e4rsk vitl\u00f6k.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rsk vitl\u00f6k (\u00bd eller 1 per person)<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Flingsalt<\/p>\n<p>Ev. f\u00e4rsk timjan<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ta en hel eller en halv f\u00e4rsk vitl\u00f6k per person. Sk\u00e4r av stj\u00e4lken. Dela vitl\u00f6ken mitt p\u00e5 s\u00e5 klyftorna halveras och du f\u00e5r tv\u00e5 halvor som du st\u00e4ller p\u00e5 ett oljat ugnss\u00e4kert fat. H\u00e4ll olivolja \u00f6ver, str\u00f6 lite flingsalt och kanske f\u00e4rsk timjan \u00f6ver och baka ugn i 175 grader i ca 30 minuter tills vitl\u00f6ken \u00e4r helt mjuk och har karamelliserats en aning. Men l\u00e5t den inte gr\u00e4dda f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge och bli f\u00f6r brun \u2013 d\u00e5 blir den l\u00e4tt besk.
