Nyttiga och goda kan de njutas med vad man har lust med och tillg\u00e5ng p\u00e5. Jag hade t\u00e4nkt servera broccoli till &nbsp;men lyckades \u00f6verkoka den s\u00e5 den fick fluffas till i mixern tillsammans med basilika, citron, \u00f6rtsalt och olivolja&nbsp;<\/strong><b>till en (vegansk) broccolimousse som \u00e4r god att servera \u00e4ven till annat. Vispa \u00e4ggen i en separat sk\u00e5l bredvid och blanda ner \u00e4ggvispet i pannkakssmeten. Riv de skalade r\u00f6dbetorna och v\u00e4nd ner dem i smeten, r\u00f6r s\u00e5 att allt blandas v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p>Koka broccolin, mixa den med citron, basilika och olivolja till en mousse &#8211; smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin smak och konsistens p\u00e5 den. Servera dem med broccolimoussen och ingef\u00e4rs-citroncr\u00e8men.
