Jag serverade \u00e4ven rivna r\u00f6dbetor som stekts i olivolja med k\u00f6rvel och mynta till. Vispa \u00e4ggen i en separat sk\u00e5l bredvid och blanda ner \u00e4ggvispet i pannkakssmeten, r\u00f6r s\u00e5 att den blandas v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p>Koka broccolin, mixa den med citron, basilika och olivolja till en mousse &#8211; smaka av s\u00e5 du har fin smak och konsistens p\u00e5 den.
