Koka broccolin i saltat vatten tills den \u00e4r helt mjuk. Faktum \u00e4r att det h\u00e4r receptet kom till just f\u00f6r att jag r\u00e5kade \u00f6verkoka min broccoli som jag t\u00e4nkt servera till de r\u00f6da bovetepannkakorna s\u00e5 det fick bli en mousse i st\u00e4llet. Spara lite av kokvattnet att sp\u00e4da moussen med om du beh\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg den kokta broccolin i en mixer tillsammans med \u00f6rtsalt, f\u00e4rsk basilika, pressad citron och olivolja. Mixa till en fluffig sl\u00e4t mousse. Smaka av &#8211; kanske du beh\u00f6ver mer salt, basilika, citron, olivolja?
