F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll spenaten hastigt i vattnet, l\u00e5t svalna och h\u00e4ll det hela i en mixer tillsammans med bovetemj\u00f6l. Mixa ihop till en gr\u00f6n fin pannkakssmet, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gg p\u00e5 slutet. St\u00e4ll smeten att sv\u00e4lla medan du g\u00f6r i ordning tillbeh\u00f6ren: Koka upp vatten med socker och vin\u00e4ger, l\u00e4gg i citronstrimlorna och l\u00e5t koka n\u00e5gon minut. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ven i schalottenl\u00f6ken och l\u00e5t den bara bli varm, tag av kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna. Lyft upp citronskalen och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 ett fat och schalottenl\u00f6ken p\u00e5 ett annat. Den som vill kokar i tv\u00e5 omg\u00e5ngar i olika kastruller. Blanda cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche med citronskal som du hackar lite om det \u00e4r l\u00e5nga strimlor &#8211; spara de vackraste l\u00e4ngsta till att dekorera med.<\/p>\n<p><em>Servering:&nbsp;<\/em>Stek pl\u00e4ttar i pl\u00e4ttlagg eller pannkakslagg, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett fat och f\u00f6rvara dem eventuellt i ugnen som du satt p\u00e5 ca 100 grader f\u00f6r varmh\u00e5llning. Servera med citronkr\u00e4men, l\u00f6jrom och schalottenl\u00f6ken &#8211; arrangera vackert p\u00e5 tallrikar eller l\u00e5t g\u00e4sterna g\u00f6ra sina egna sm\u00e5 anr\u00e4ttningar.
