Intressant nog klarar bananen ganska mycket kardemumma, vilket ju g\u00f6r att du kan trumma p\u00e5 med denna nyttiga krydda som enligt ayurvedisk l\u00e4ra v\u00e4rmer kroppen och \u00e4r bakteried\u00f6dande. Kardemumman ska tillh\u00f6ra samma familj som ingef\u00e4ra, som v\u00e4l alla numera k\u00e4nner till \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt nyttig. Kardemumman \u00e4r krampl\u00f6sande och har l\u00e4nge anv\u00e4nts i \u00f6rtmedicin mot kolik och<br \/>\nmagproblem. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bananen \u00e5 sin sida \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 nyttig och energirik, rik p\u00e5 kalium och har en del vitamin B 6 och mineraler s\u00e5som magnesium, koppar och mangan. Ju mognare bananen \u00e4r desto mer \u00f6verg\u00e5r st\u00e4rkelsen till att bli olika sockerarter &#8211; det k\u00e4nns p\u00e5 smaken. En del f\u00f6redrar som jag ganska omogna bananer medan andra s\u00e5som maken <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27110\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/fullsizeoutput_721-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/fullsizeoutput_721-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/fullsizeoutput_721-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/fullsizeoutput_721-768x1024.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>\u00e4lskar n\u00e4r de f\u00f6r mig blivit o\u00e4tliga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enligt ayurveda \u00e4r banan nyttig f\u00f6r k\u00e4nsliga magar medan v\u00e4sterl\u00e4ndsk l\u00e4karvetenskap g\u00e4rna kurerar IBS och annat magel\u00e4nde utan bananer, om de inte \u00e4r omogna. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r som vanligt att anv\u00e4nda sitt eget sunda f\u00f6rnuft och pr\u00f6va sig fram. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker om att g\u00f6ra den h\u00e4r smoothien p\u00e5 morgonen och st\u00e5r mig ganska l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 den.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 2 personer:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 bananer<\/p>\n<p>2 dl kokosvatten (inte kokosmj\u00f6lk, utan det klara vattnet &#8211; finns att k\u00f6pa i m\u00e5nga aff\u00e4rer numera)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27094\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/IMG_2336-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/IMG_2336-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/IMG_2336-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/IMG_2336-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/03\/IMG_2336-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>1 tsk mald kardemumma (jag mal direkt fr\u00e5n en pepparkvarn som alltid \u00e4r fylld med hel kardemumma)<\/p>\n<p>saften av 1-2 limefrukter (kan ers\u00e4ttas med citron men lime ska vara mildare f\u00f6r magen enligt ayurveda)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg de skalade bananerna i en mixer tillsammans med \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Mixa till en sl\u00e4t fluffig smoothie. Kanske du vill tills\u00e4tta lite mer kokosvatten eller lime.
