Jag blev s\u00e5 glad n\u00e4r jag i v\u00e5ras hittade en planta p\u00e5 Ulriksdals Slottstr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd som nu st\u00e5r p\u00e5 balkongen och kan anv\u00e4ndas till efterr\u00e4tter som denna. L\u00e5t b\u00f6rja puttra och koka ihop en aning s\u00e5 blir lite simmigt. Drag av v\u00e4rmen och h\u00e4ll i de frysta bl\u00e5b\u00e4ren om du inte anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rska &#8211; f\u00e4rska blandar du med den avsvalnade sockerlagen. tills\u00e4tt citronskal och citronverbena (eller citronmeliss alt. mer citronskal). L\u00e5t blandningen svalna, mixa sl\u00e4t och st\u00e4ll i kylen tills det \u00e4r dags att h\u00e4lla den i din glassmaskin. K\u00f6r tills du har en h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig sorbet och servera direkt eller frys in och ta fram ca 20-30 minuter f\u00f6re servering.
