Tidigare gjorde jag g\u00e4rna dem som n\u00f6t\u00e4pplen fyllda med hasseln\u00f6tsblandning, men nu \u00e4r jag allergisk mot b\u00e5de hasseln\u00f6tter och valn\u00f6tter s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r bli mandel\u00e4pplen. Mandelfyllningen \u00e4r dock minst lika god, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r man v\u00e4ljer mandlar av god kvalitet. Den som vill skalar mandlarna, men det g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att anv\u00e4nda dem oskalade. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Anv\u00e4nd g\u00e4rna en \u00e4ppelsort med viss syra och fasthet, s\u00e5 de inte sjunker ihop som en <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27406\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e77-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e77-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e77-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e77-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e77-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>kollapsad suffl\u00e9 under bakningen. Man beh\u00f6ver inte skala \u00e4pplena, men jag tycker det blir extra gott och vackert med skalade \u00e4pplen som penslas med det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret under bakningen. Mixa mandlarna med \u00f6vriga ingredienser till fyllningen eller r\u00f6r ihop den med de hackade mandlarna i en sk\u00e5l. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. K\u00e4rna ur och skala \u00e4pplena, gnid in dem med citronsaft s\u00e5 de inte oxiderar och m\u00f6rknar. St\u00e4ll \u00e4pplena i en smord ugnsfast form. Tryck i fyllningen och l\u00e4gg en klick fyllning ovanp\u00e5 som du trycker och formar till (se bilden). S\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt kan du f\u00f6rbereda. St\u00e4ll sedan \u00e4pplena i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till ca 180 grader, gr\u00e4dda dem tills de \u00e4r mjuka och fyllningen blivit gyllene och lite knaperseg ovanp\u00e5. \u00d6s d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 med det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 \u00e4pplena. De brukar bli klara p\u00e5 ca 30 minuter.
