Jag smaksatte mina med vaniljsocker men t\u00e4nker att m\u00f6jligheterna \u00e4r o\u00e4ndliga &#8211; kanel, citronskal, kardemumma, b\u00e4r, \u00e4pple, apelsin&#8230; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Servera krabbelurerna rullade i socker eller p\u00e5 franskt cr\u00eapes-vis med socker och pressad citron. Man kan ju ocks\u00e5 servera dem lite som fattiga riddare med en blandning av kanel och&nbsp;socker eller med en god sylt eller kompott av <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27389\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e71-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e71-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e71-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e71-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e71-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>n\u00e5got slag. Jag serverar dem till brunch eller som en efterr\u00e4tt vid brunch efter n\u00e5got<br \/>\nmer salt. Men de g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att servera efter en middag, kanske efter en soppa.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag experimenterade lite med att g\u00f6ra krabbelurerna b\u00e5de i pl\u00e4ttlagg som brukligt \u00e4r och i muffinsform i ugn. De i ugnen blev mer muffinslika, men mycket goda. Jag kan t\u00e4nka mig att de \u00e4r \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre om man l\u00e4gger i n\u00e5gra bitar \u00e4pple eller lite bl\u00e5b\u00e4r eller hallon. F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 dem mer som krabbelurer \u00e4n muffins ska man kanske <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27390\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e72-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e72-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e72-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e72-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/fullsizeoutput_e72-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>ha i lite mindre m\u00e4ngd smet \u00e4n jag hade. De i pl\u00e4ttlaggen blev mycket bra, men \u00e4r ju mer omst\u00e4ndliga att steka till m\u00e5nga.<\/p>\n<p>Jag s\u00f6kte lite p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet efter ursprunget till det lustiga namnet och fann n\u00e5got institutet f\u00f6r spr\u00e5k och folkminnen publicerat. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulver och vaniljsocker. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven mj\u00f6lblandningen till smeten och arbeta helt kort s\u00e5 att det hela blandats och smeten \u00e4r sl\u00e4t. Jag st\u00e4llde<br \/>\nmuffinsformen i ugnen med en rej\u00e4l klick sm\u00f6r i tv\u00e5 av urgr\u00f6pningarna. N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret sm\u00e4lt tog jag ut formen och anv\u00e4nde en bakpensel f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rdela det sm\u00e4lta sm\u00f6ret i alla formar s\u00e5 de blev v\u00e4l smorda innan jag h\u00e4llde i smeten. Gr\u00e4dda i ca 15-20 minuter i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till 175 grader.
