De h\u00e4r&nbsp;sm\u00e5 raringarna passar ocks\u00e5 bra som efterr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en&nbsp;<\/strong><b>brunch.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Faktum \u00e4r att n\u00e4r jag gjorde de h\u00e4r gl\u00f6mde jag mj\u00f6lken, men det blev riktigt bra det ocks\u00e5. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken (eller uteslut den) och det avsvalnade brynta sm\u00f6ret. Blanda mj\u00f6let med bakpulver och vaniljsocker. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven mj\u00f6lblandningen till smeten och arbeta helt kort s\u00e5 att det hela blandats och smeten \u00e4r sl\u00e4t. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis h\u00e5ller de formen \u00e4ven om de p\u00f6ser \u00f6ver kanten en aning, vilket jag tycker blir riktigt snyggt.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smet n\u00e4stan fullt i formarna, l\u00e4gg i n\u00e5gra bitar p\u00e4ron i varje. Pressa eventuellt lite mer citron \u00f6ver, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mald kardemumma eller g\u00f6r som jag och mal den helt f\u00e4rsk direkt fr\u00e5n en pepparkvarn som du vigt \u00e5t denna h\u00e4rliga krydda. Str\u00f6 ocks\u00e5 lite finkornigt r\u00e5socker \u00f6ver varje muffin innan de \u00e5ker in i ugnen.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda dina muffins i ugnen som du f\u00f6rv\u00e4rmt till 180 grader. De ska bli gyllene och fasta i mitten &#8211; du kan testa med en sticka men v\u00e4nta ett bra tag med att \u00f6ppna luckan s\u00e5 att de inte kollapsar. Mina tog 25 minuter f\u00f6r att bli perfekt gr\u00e4ddade. L\u00e5t dem svalna en aning och \u00e4t dem ljumma eller helt kalla.
