N\u00e4r min mor hittar taggsvampar brukar jag f\u00e5 dem (kantarellerna beh\u00e5ller hon sj\u00e4lv:) H\u00e4r har jag stekt dem i sm\u00f6r med lite finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k och serverat p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rstekt br\u00f6d med en fr\u00e4sch sallad &#8211; s\u00e5 enkelt och s\u00e5 gott!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Taggsvampar (s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga du hittar, tycker jag! &#8211; jag hade ca 500 gram)<\/p>\n<p>1 schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n<p>en rej\u00e4l klick sm\u00f6r<em><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27494\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9124-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9124-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9124-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9124-768x765.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9124-1024x1020.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>br\u00f6dskivor<\/p>\n<p>sm\u00f6r att steka br\u00f6det i<\/p>\n<p>vitpeppar, kanske lite svartpeppar samt gott salt<\/p>\n<p>sallad till servering med olivolja och kanske en god balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att rensa svampen och sk\u00e4r den i ganska sm\u00e5 bitar. Hacka l\u00f6ken fint. Steks br\u00f6dskivorna f\u00f6rst i sm\u00f6r i stekpanna, g\u00e4rna en keramisk eller liknande med non-stick-funktion men som \u00e4nd\u00e5 ger fin stekyta. L\u00e4gg br\u00f6dskivorna p\u00e5 fat s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27492\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9127-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9127-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9127-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9127-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/10\/IMG_9127-1024x1024.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>eller l\u00e5t dem h\u00e5llas varma i ugnen medan du steker svampen. B\u00f6rja med att steka den utan fett tills svampen sl\u00e4pper ifr\u00e5n sig v\u00e4tska, l\u00e5t den koka in och n\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjat bli torrt tills\u00e4tter du sm\u00f6ret samt schalottenl\u00f6ken och drar ner v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e5t steka under omr\u00f6rning tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk och glansig och b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 milda n\u00f6tiga toner. Tills\u00e4tt eventuellt lite mer sm\u00f6r, salta och peppra och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa runt tills du tycker det verkar klart.
