N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken \u00e4r helt mjuk och glansig tills\u00e4tter du f\u00f6rst skinkan och l\u00e5ter den steka med ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter tomaterna. N\u00e4r tomaterna mjuknat kryddar du med peppar, salt och \u00f6rter.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa ihop \u00e4gg och lite vatten med en gaffel, vispa f\u00f6rsiktigt och snarare sl\u00e5 s\u00f6nder \u00e4ggen s\u00e5 vita och gula <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-27553\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_f1b-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_f1b-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_f1b-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_f1b-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/2017\/11\/fullsizeoutput_f1b-1024x768.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>blandas men viskositeten fortfarande \u00e4r intakt. Det \u00e4r det som g\u00f6r att det blir en omelett som ju ska h\u00e5lla ihop och inte en \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen under stekpannan H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 \u00e4ggen och dra genast ner v\u00e4rmen till 2 eller 3 p\u00e5 en niogradig skala. Lyft omeletten i kanterna och i mitten med en stekspade eller gaffel s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r upp det stelnade medan det l\u00f6sa rinner ner i botten f\u00f6r att stelna. R\u00f6r inte f\u00f6r mycket utan lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt &#8211; \u00e5terigen f\u00f6r att det ska bli omelett och inte \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra. N\u00e4r omelettten b\u00f6rjar stelna l\u00e5ter du den st\u00e5 ett litet tag att stelna lite mer mot ytan ocks\u00e5. Under tiden kan du l\u00e4gga upp sallad p\u00e5 tallriken. Jag gillar n\u00e4r omeletten p\u00e5 franskt vis fortfarande \u00e4r lite kr\u00e4mig i mitten. Stj\u00e4lp upp omeletten p\u00e5 tallriken, servera direkt!
