Oavsett namn \u00e4r det mycket gott och l\u00e4ttlagat och passar till det mesta.<\/h3>\n<p>Byt bara ut kycklingbuljongen mexikanarna brukar anv\u00e4nda mot gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och du har en trevlig vegetarisk r\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 bilden har jag anv\u00e4nt socker\u00e4rtor som jag delat i mindre delar, eftersom jag inte hade n\u00e5gra vanliga gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor hemma. Man kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor om man vill.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1-2 gula l\u00f6kar, finhackade<\/p>\n<p>2-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, finhackade<\/p>\n<p>1-2 chilifrukter av typ serrano eller jalape\u00f1o eller vad man vill ha och hittar<\/p>\n<p>en burk konserverade tomater eller 4-5 f\u00e4rska tomater, sk\u00e5llade och hackade<\/p>\n<p>4\u00bd dl ris av god sort \u2013 g\u00e4rna risottoris eller avorioris<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk hel spiskummin eller mald spiskummin<\/p>\n<p>en nypa saffran<\/p>\n<p>ca 8 dl god kycklingbuljong eller gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong om man f\u00f6redrar det (och sj\u00e4lvklart f\u00f6r den veganska versionen)<\/p>\n<p>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>ca 2\u00bd dl gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hacka l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k och chili f\u00f6r hand eller i mixer. V\u00e4rm olivoljan i en l\u00e4mplig panna med h\u00f6ga kanter eller gryta. Fr\u00e4s f\u00f6rst riset tills det blir l\u00e4tt gyllene. Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6k- vitl\u00f6ks- och chilihacket och fr\u00e4s en stund. H\u00e4ll i de hackade tomaterna och buljongen. L\u00e5t koka upp under omr\u00f6rning, dra d\u00e4refter ner v\u00e4rmen. Om du inte har gasspis kan det vara en god id\u00e9 att flytta \u00f6ver pannan\/grytan till en annan platta med l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5satt. N\u00e4r riset absorberat v\u00e4tskan h\u00e4ller du i \u00e4rtorna och r\u00f6r om. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 ett litet tag till p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme, men inte f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge &#8211; d\u00e5 tappar \u00e4rtorna l\u00e4tt f\u00e4rgen.
