Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen, vanilj och kanel och forts\u00e4tt vispa tills allt blandats. Riv \u00e4pplena, pressa lite citron \u00f6ver dem och blanda ner dem i smeten. H\u00e4ll allt i en pajform eller form med l\u00f6stagbara kanter som du smort med sm\u00f6r. Str\u00f6 socker och g\u00e4rna lite extra kanel och kardemumma \u00f6ver kakan innan du st\u00e4ller in den i ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till ca 170 grader ca 50 minuter. Kontrollera att fyllningen stelnat och att den ser fin och gyllene ut. Om den blir f\u00f6r m\u00f6rk l\u00e4gger du ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller sm\u00f6rpapper \u00f6ver medan den forts\u00e4tter gr\u00e4ddas.
